A quick recipe for a delicious and healthy breakfast or dinner.
Bun dosas are made with rice soaked and ground with loads of vegetables.
Here's a quick recipe
Recipe.
Ingredients.
1. Raw rice or idli rice-2cups wash thoroughly.
2. 2tbsp urad dal.
3. 1/2tsp methi seeds.
4. 1/4cup poha.
5. 1cup finely chopped vegetables
6. 1/2cup onion chopped avoid when necessary.
7. 2tbsp dhaniya leaves chopped.
8. Few green chillies chopped.
9. Curry leaves few
10. Salt to taste.
11. 1tbsp oil.
12. Grated potato one big.
13. 1/4tsp baking soda or eno
14. 1/4cup besan optional.can be added while fermentating.
Method.
1. Take a bowl add the rice, Dal methi seeds, poha and wash well.
2. Add 2cups of boiling water and cover and keep for 2hours  if not in hurry soak in normal water.
3. After soaking remove the water in a separate bowl and use it for grinding.
4. Grind the rice mixture to a smooth texture batter using required water.
5. Add salt to it and keep for fermentation  .
6. Before making,add potato.mix it to the batter.
7. Mix all the vegetables green chillies, dhaniya leaves, curry leaves and Oil.
8. Add Water to adjust consistency to a batter thicker than the dosa batter.
9. Add the baking soda and mix well.
10. Heat a kadai or you can use a tadka pan smear little oil and when hot pour one and half laddle of batter.
11. Add few drops of oil on the sides of the dosa and cover with a lid and cook on low medium flame for two minutes.
12. Turn over the dosa on to other side and cook for another minute .
13. When it's nice golden in colour remove it to a plate.
14. Make all the dosas this way.
15. These are crisp outside and soft inside.
Note -if you are not fermenting the batter for long you can add quarter cup of buttermilk while grinding.
If fermenting overnight,no need of soda too.
Onions to be avoided whenever necessary.
Don't skip besan and potato both give colour and crispy top to dosa 
Vegetables included, capsicum, carrot cabbage.
Few crushed peanuts add will give a crunch in every bite.
